Our staff here at Schertz Auto Service is one of the best in the area including multiple ASE Master Certified Technicians. That translates into us getting the job done right – the first time!

The parts we choose to use for your auto repairs are an extremely important component in allowing us to provide you with such a long warranty. Instead of choosing parts that are cheap and usually inferior in quality, we choose the highest quality parts that get the job done without cutting corners. Our method of operation allows you to have the confidence and peace of mind when you drive away after our repairs.

Items not covered under the lifetime warranty but are covered under a 3 year 36K mile warranty:

Items not covered under the lifetime warranty and will have warranty listed on invoice:

•      Engines
  
•      Transmissions
  
•      Transfer Cases
  
•      Differential Assemblies
  
•      Alignments
  

Warranty repairs must be performed by Total True Automotive if vehicle is within 25 miles of Total True Automotive. If repairs cannot be made by Total True Automotive due to vehicle being outside 25 miles, customer must contact Total True Automotive before any repairs are made. Failure to comply may result in warranty being null and void. Warranty is not transferable. This warranty will not apply to your repaired vehicle if it has been damaged by abnormal use, misuse, neglect, accident, alteration or “tampering with”. This Warranty does not cover replacement or repairs due to normal wear and tear.

Total True Automotive employees do not have authority to modify the terms of this warranty nor to make any promises in addition to those contained in this warranty. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT IN ANY WAY INCLUDE INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (additional expenses which you may incur as the result of part failure) or cover parts and labor due to normal wear and tear. Vehicle owner must comply with vehicle’s factory recommended maintenance schedules or warranty may be null and void.
